Sacking of 'cocky' printer upheld

A printer who claimed he was put out of a job because he was plotted against after he called for a colleague's sacking over alleged “poor performance” and a “ghetto attitude” on the shop floor has lost a claim for unfair dismissal. An employment tribunal found that a lack of “humility” on the part o
