Man and cousin in 'prolonged, unusual' social welfare fraud attempt beginning 11 years ago

A man and his cousin took part in a “prolonged and particularly unusual fraud” that began 11 years ago in an attempt to create a fictitious identity and claim social welfare, a court has heard. Simon O'Donnell (43) – who has no history of employment – of Longview Avenue, Millers Glen, Swords, Co Dub
