Housing charity to renew contempt application over occupation of Dublin property

A housing charity will make a renewed application for High Court orders to have those unlawfully occupying a property it owns brought before the court for alleged contempt of court. The Cabhrú Housing Association, which provides housing for older persons, claims that a property it owns at James McSw
