Families living in “appalling conditions” launch action against Wicklow County Council

Two families living in appalling conditions' on a site without basic services including running water have launched High Court actions over their alleged failure to be considered for emergency accommodation. The actions have been brought by Margaret and Joe Moorehouse and Sharon and Michael O'Brien.
