New house with septic system on levelled land near Lifford

Patrick Doherty and Gráinne Friel have applied to build a new house at Bellanmore, Cloghan, near Lifford. The application covers retaining ground works that involved removing stone and levelling the land, plus constructing the dwelling with a septic tank and sewage treatment system.
