Bargaintown owner received 'eccentric and absurd' correspondence about property, High Court hears

The owner of the Bargaintown chain of furniture stores has secured a High Court injunction requiring several parties to vacate a commercial property it acquired last year. The High Court heard that solicitors for Bargaintown had received correspondence purportedly on behalf of the defendants that wa
