Court to watch entirety of victim's evidence after appeal by sex abuser

The Court of Appeal will watch the entirety of a sexual abuse victim's evidence in court on foot of an appeal brought by her abuser. Fergus Carson (55), of The Green, Main Street in Convoy, Co Donegal, was convicted following a trial last year by a Central Criminal Court jury of six counts of sexual
