Renovation of derelict cottage with extension, plus temporary mobile home during works

John McNamee wants to do up an old, derelict cottage at Meenbane, Ballybofey by adding an extension with first-floor living space and knocking down an attached byre. He's also looking to keep a mobile home on site during the construction work and put in a storage shed and new septic tank to handle wastewater.
