New split-level outhouse and garden room with mezzanine loft added to cottage

Matthew Broderick has been given the go-ahead to build a new split-level outhouse and garden room with a mezzanine loft space attached to his cottage in Roelough, Kilcar. The decision came through in May 2026, though it does come with conditions attached.
