Old house demolished and replaced with new dwelling

Yvonne Oliver Walsh is replacing a house at Urrismenagh, Clonmany that has structural problems with defective concrete blockwork. A new dwelling will be built in its place, using an existing septic tank system that was previously approved. All site works needed for the new build are included in the plan.
