By Eimear Dodd and Jessica Magee A teenage driving offender who sped the wrong way down Dublin's Dame Street at 100km/h while trying to evade pursuing gardai has been jailed for three years. Aaron Donnelly (18) was sent forward from the District Court on signed pleas of two counts of endangerment at
