UK seeks to try retired teacher on additional sex assault charge

The High Court has consented to the prosecution for an additional sexual assault charge of a 78-year-old retired teacher who has already been extradited to the UK. The UK citizen, with an address in Co Donegal but who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was surrendered to the UK by the High Cour
