WRC rejects Vitor Oliveira’s discrimination complaint against St Vincent’s

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Vitor Oliveira’s complaint under the Employment Equality Act 1998 against St Vincent’s Hospital.

It found the Irish accountancy qualification requirement objectively justified and concluded he had not been discriminated against.

The case was recorded in July 2025.
