WRC orders swim school to repay Filipino instructors for wage deductions

The Workplace Relations Commission ordered an anonymised swim school to repay Filipino instructors after finding unlawful wage deductions.

The decisions arose from claims heard in Ennis in November and December 2024; the employer and employees were not named.

The case was recorded in May 2025.
