The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Asba Meats Ltd in Shannon, Co Clare, to pay an unnamed part-time worker €40,040 for sexual harassment and employment rights breaches.

The decision followed a private hearing in Ennis; neither the worker nor the company director was named.
