WRC dismisses Ali Izzy’s complaints against Solarwinds

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Ali Izzy’s complaints against Solarwinds Software Europe DAC under the Protected Disclosures Act and Unfair Dismissals Act.

The decision found he reasonably believed he was reporting wrongdoing, but his intervention in a sales deal amounted to misconduct.
