WRC awards Santa Musinska €13,000 for disability discrimination

The Workplace Relations Commission awarded warehouse worker Santa Musinska €13,000 after finding her eczema amounted to a temporary disability.

The adjudicator found Oak Central Recruitment Ltd failed to accommodate her disability and dismissed her because of it.

The case was recorded in November 2025.
