WRC awards Ryan McMullan €29,366 over safety and paternity leave complaints

The Workplace Relations Commission upheld Ryan McMullan’s complaints against Dallan & Co Mechanical Services Ltd under health and safety and paternity leave legislation.

It ordered compensation of €28,000 for safety penalisation and €1,366 for the separate paternity leave breach.

The case was recorded in December 2022.
