Virgin Media settles copyright action against Eir

Virgin Media settled its copyright action against Eir over the inclusion of Virgin channels on an Eir Apple TV set-top box.

The Commercial Court was told the proceedings could be struck out after mediation; Eir consented, and no settlement terms were given.

The case was recorded in February 2021.
