Unnamed couple granted permission to challenge CFA notification

A couple who cannot be named for legal reasons brought High Court judicial review challenges to the Child and Family Agency’s notification to the Garda Vetting Bureau.

On June 17, 2024, the court granted permission on an ex-parte basis; the cases were due back the following month.
