Unnamed 59-year-old man loses rape conviction appeal

The unnamed 59-year-old man’s appeal against convictions for rape and other offences was dismissed by the Court of Appeal.

He had been convicted at Cork Courthouse in July 2022 and sentenced to ten years in prison.
