High Court grants boy permission to challenge HSE refusal

The High Court granted a two-year-old boy, who cannot be named, permission to challenge the HSE’s refusal of services outside his home area.

Mr Justice Charles Meenan granted permission on an ex-parte basis; the matter was to return after the Easter recess.
