Two unnamed teenagers granted leave to challenge Garda file refusal

Two unnamed teenagers were granted permission by the High Court to challenge the refusal of access to Garda investigation files concerning an alleged rape.

The teenagers were being considered for the Juvenile Diversion Programme; the cases were made returnable to a date in November.
