Two boys accused of murdering Anastasia Kriégel had their trial date set at the Central Criminal Court on 23 October 2018.

The 14-year-old boys, who cannot be named because they are minors, are charged with murder following the discovery of Kriégel’s body at a derelict farmhouse in Lucan, Dublin.

Mr Justice Michael White set 29 April 2019 as the date for the jury trial, which was expected to last more than four weeks.

The accused were on bail, and the court heard that the case involved substantial CCTV and forensic evidence.
