High Court refuses council bid to enforce order against Traveller families

The High Court refused Tipperary County Council permission to enforce a 2013 order against members of the extended O’Reilly family at Railway Cottages, Powerstown, Clonmel.

The court overturned the Circuit Court’s decision.
