A Central Criminal Court jury returned no verdicts on rape and related sexual assault charges on 5 April 2023, after failing to agree on any of eight counts.

The three men had denied the charges. The offences were alleged to have occurred at a hotel car park in Leinster on 20 December 2017, when the complainant was 17.

Justice Melanie Greally adjourned the case for mention to 28 April.
