Stephen Manning’s citizen’s-arrest request refused at High Court

Stephen Manning, who has addresses in Co Mayo, asked to make citizen’s arrests over alleged perverting the course of justice during High Court proceedings.

Gardaí said they would not take anyone into custody; Manning said he would follow up and left.
