Shane Guilfoyle won an unfair dismissal complaint against Anglo Irish Refrigeration Co Ltd at the Workplace Relations Commission.

The WRC awarded €4,000 compensation, €1,471.57 for an unlawful wage deduction and €150 for unpaid annual leave.

The case was recorded in June 2024.
