Rodica Buga wins €20,000 redundancy award

Rodica Buga’s statutory redundancy claim against Bidvest Noonan (ROI) Ltd was upheld by the Workplace Relations Commission after she reasonably refused a transfer without secure parking.

The WRC ordered payment of roughly €20,000, subject to confirmation of PRSI contributions; rejected her separate notice-pay claim.
