Playboy must clarify copyright claim in High Court

Playboy Enterprises International must clarify parts of its copyright claim in the High Court, as reported on 19 February 2015.

The company must answer questions from the operators of entertainment.ie about allegations concerning a link to exclusive Kate Moss photographs.

It must also provide photographs used in Playboy’s 60th anniversary edition for the litigation.

Ms Justice Marie Baker ruled that other aspects of the claim required no further detail for the defendant to plead.
