High Court quashes Gaeltacht housing planning permission

The High Court quashed permission for 30 houses and a guesthouse in Ráth Chairn, Co Meath, after a challenge by Comharchumann Ráth Chairn.

Justice Bronagh O’Hanlon found the material insufficient to show the development would enhance Irish language use.
