Court of Appeal dismisses Stephen Penrose’s threat conviction appeal

Stephen Penrose, in his 40s, was convicted by a jury of threatening to damage a prison officer’s property at Cloverhill prison on March 4, 2016.

The Court of Appeal dismissed his appeal, finding the missing prison logbooks would not have materially affected the evidence.
