Patrick Chambers pleaded guilty to VAT fraud at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, with sentencing adjourned, in a report on 7 April 2016. He admitted four claims for VAT repayments to which he was not entitled, plus producing an incorrect VAT invoice. The offences involved activity connected with Foxrock, where Chambers lived.
