Padraic O’Toole awarded €25,000 in protected disclosure case

Former marina supervisor Padraic O’Toole succeeded in a Workplace Relations Commission complaint under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014.

The WRC found a demand for berthing fees for his personal vessel was linked to his protected disclosure and awarded him €25,000.
