Paddy Cosgrave and former directors in Web Summit civil dispute

Paddy Cosgrave was suing David Kelly over alleged breaches of director duties; Kelly and Daire Hickey were suing Cosgrave over alleged shareholder oppression and a profit-sharing agreement.

The High Court adjourned the proceedings for finalisation until 11am the following day.
