Witness says Noirin O’Sullivan did not contribute to McCabe legal instructions

At the Charleton Tribunal, a Garda witness said former commissioner Noirin O’Sullivan did not contribute to legal instructions concerning Sergeant Maurice McCabe.

The tribunal was examining whether unjustified allegations were used to discredit McCabe.
