Niamh Ryan wins redundancy payment claim

Niamh Ryan’s complaint against Corporate Catering Services Ltd was upheld by the Workplace Relations Commission.

It found that refusing the transfer was reasonable and awarded statutory redundancy based on 17.7 years’ service and weekly pay of €420.
