Michael Delaney’s sentence appeal reserved for judgment

Michael Delaney, 36, of Waterford was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to assault causing harm and unlawful seizure of a vehicle.

The State appealed the sentences as unduly lenient; the Court of Appeal reserved judgment.
