Mental health worker awarded €13,000 for disability discrimination

An unnamed mental health worker was awarded €13,000 by the Workplace Relations Commission for discrimination in access to employment.

The WRC found he was denied access to employment on grounds of an imputed mental health disability.

The case was recorded in July 2024.
