A long-running High Court dispute over Hill View nursing home in Rathfeigh, Co Meath, between Jim Cahill and the three Seepersad siblings settled in principle, the court was told. The proposed resolution concerned the ownership of the business and was for just over €1.5 million.
Cahill had received loan approval to complete a purchase, counsel told the court, but the siblings’ counsel disputed the proposed value and raised concerns about the lack of information on the loan. After discussions, the judge was told money would be paid on Friday and deeds were expected to be exchanged before the new year. The judge adjourned the case to January for mention.
