Unnamed man’s defilement sentence halved on appeal

The unnamed 38-year-old was convicted of defilement of a 16-year-old girl and sentenced on two counts.

The Court of Appeal quashed his six-year sentence and imposed three years on all four defilement charges, to run concurrently.
