Maynooth University ordered to provide music tutor banded hours

A Workplace Relations Commission adjudication officer directed Maynooth University to place music tutor Janyce Condon on the appropriate band of hours.

The university breached the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and must pay €2,494 compensation and provide a reasoned reply.
