Masood Ur Rehman won more than €55,000 in a Workplace Relations Commission decision dated 26 March 2025 over employment rights breaches at a Dublin restaurant.

The adjudicator found his employment continuous through successive business transfers and accepted evidence that he was not paid annual or public holiday entitlements. He awarded €41,600 for working-time breaches and €2,400 for failure to pay notice.
