This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Paralympic cyclist Martin Gordon resolved a disability discrimination claim at the Workplace Relations Commission after a hearing on 3 June 2024. The complaint concerned an alleged refusal to let him and his family dine indoors with his guide dog at La Maison in Dublin on 14 January 2023.

The restaurant operator, Semogo Ltd, had denied the complaint under the Equal Status Act 2000. After several hours of witness testimony, the WRC was told that the matter had been resolved; the adjudicator adjourned it for four weeks to allow the complainant side to provide an instruction to withdraw the case on a specified date.
