Mark Aspland receives fully suspended sentence for VAT offences

Mark Aspland, 59, received a two-year sentence, suspended in full for three years, at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for VAT offences.

He pleaded guilty to failing to submit VAT returns and remit VAT from July 2010 to August 2016.
