Unnamed man jailed for sexual assault after appeal

The unnamed 39-year-old man had pleaded guilty to sexual assault and received a fully suspended sentence at Dundalk Circuit Criminal Court.

The Court of Appeal quashed that sentence and jailed him for 18 months.
