Man’s sentence cut for sexual assault convictions

An unnamed man’s sentence for two sexual assaults was reduced by the Court of Appeal.

The court set a three-and-a-half-year term to run concurrently, backdated to 28 May 2020; his application to overturn the convictions had failed.

The case was recorded in June 2021.
