Unnamed man challenges retrial on sexual abuse charges

An unnamed man denies more than 40 charges of sexually abusing three siblings in County Wexford between 1966 and 1979.

After a jury failed to reach verdicts on 46 charges, the High Court stayed the prosecution pending his challenge to a retrial.
