Louth triple-murder accused further remanded in custody

A 31-year-old man charged with the murder of his parents and brother has been further remanded in custody.

Robert O'Connor, Drumgowna, Louth Village, appeared before Drogheda Court via videolink on Monday.

Louise O'Connor (56), her husband Mark O'Connor (54) and their 27-year-old son Evan O'Connor were found dead at their Drumgowna home on September 29 last.

The matter was listed for an update on a book of evidence.

Court presenter Sgt John O'Hehir said that a book is being prepared.

Judge Nicola Andrews remanded Mr O'Connor in custody to November 3 via video link for service of a book of evidence.
