Joanne Quinn brings High Court civil claim over alleged rape

Joanne Quinn, 41, of Castlebar, brought a High Court civil claim for damages against retired detective sergeant Edward Justin Clarke over alleged rape.

Clarke admitted a sexual relationship but said it was consensual; the case continued.
